School Psychologist – Evaluations (In-Person)
Compensation:
Per Evaluation Rate: $525.00 per evaluation (plus round-trip mileage)
Additional Pay:
  • Virtual meetings: $60.00 per hour
  • Cancellations / No-Shows: $60.00 each
  • Virtual evals: $450.00 per evaluation
Location:
Guymon, OK (Panhandle region including Hooker, Boise City, Forgan)
Onsite – In Person Only (evaluations conducted at mutual meeting locations, not in student homes)
Virtual evaluations will be on an as needed basis

Position Summary
RCM Healthcare Services is seeking School Psychologists to conduct as-needed, in-person psychoeducational evaluations in the Oklahoma Panhandle region. This role focuses on supporting student success through comprehensive assessments, collaboration with school teams, and data-driven recommendations. This flexible opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic and social-emotional development within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift
  • As-needed, flexible scheduling
  • Evaluations may be conducted any day/time, including school breaks and holidays
  • Start date: ASAP
Key Duties:
  • Conduct multidisciplinary psychoeducational evaluations for special education eligibility (IDEA and Section 504)
  • Compile and present formal, legally defensible evaluation reports to IEP teams and Directors of Special Services
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during eligibility, placement, and IEP/504 meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) and federal regulations
  • Develop and support Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Provide consultation to administrators and staff on Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to required timelines

Requirements
Education
  • Required: Specialist (Ed.S.) or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an NASP-approved program
Licenses & Certifications
  • Required: Valid Oklahoma School Psychologist Certificate
Skills:
  • Proficiency with standardized testing tools (WISC, WJ, BASC, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and OSDE regulations
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
