Job description

About the Position:

We are seeking a General Dentist in Gadsden, AL.

Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Eligibility to obtain Alabama licensure
  • Clean professional record (no revoked/suspended licenses, CSC, or DEA issues)
  • Active CSC and DEA licenses (required for prescribing)
  • CPR certification
  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Experience with electronic patient management systems (Epic preferred)
  • Computer proficiency (no scribes available)
  • COVID-19 vaccination and booster required
  • Ability to see 20+ patients per day (mix of walk-ins and appointments)
  • Primarily treats adults; some pediatric patients will be seen (most referred to pediatric dentists)
  • Must be eligible to obtain Medicare, BC, and Medicaid numbers
  • Potential travel to other locations within the Quality of Life Network

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive flat salary (not tied to production, as long as patient goals set by the Dental Director are met)
  • Minimum 3-year contract with a 6-month probationary period
