Job Description

Chairside Excellence: Provide high-level assistance during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring both the dentist and patient are supported.
Clinical Preparation: Manage the seamless set-up and break-down of operatories, maintaining strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
Diagnostics: Perform dental radiology with precision.
Patient Engagement: Lead patient education efforts, explaining procedures and post-operative care to ensure a comfortable experience.
Clinical Support: Manage direct patient care tasks and assist with essential administrative duties as needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Salary Range

Full-time $15 - $26 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements
  • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
  • Infection Control License

Certification: Must hold a valid Oregon Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification (Required).
Experience: At least 1 year of chairside assisting experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong proficiency in dental radiology and infection control.
Communication: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly preferred.
