We're seeking a hands-on leader with expertise in full and partial denture fabrication who enjoys mentoring technicians, maintaining quality standards, and driving laboratory excellence.

What You'll Do
Laboratory Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Dental Laboratory Technicians to ensure exceptional quality and productivity.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing technician development.
  • Coordinate daily laboratory workflow to meet production goals and turnaround times.
  • Maintain OSHA compliance, laboratory safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Cross-train team members across laboratory functions to improve efficiency and coverage.
