Technics Dental Laboratory, a privately owned crown-and-bridge laboratory serving South Florida for over 44 years, is looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fast-paced position requiring strong customer service, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and emails
  • Enter and track incoming dental cases
  • Provide case status updates and assist with office requests
  • Coordinate with production departments and delivery drivers
  • Receive and prepare cases for pickup, shipping and delivery
  • Assist with scanning, filing and general front office duties
