About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at OASIS DENTAL as a Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Assistant in Dublin, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to support our dental professionals in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth office workflow.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with safety regulations.

Manage patient records, scheduling, and follow-up appointments efficiently.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care to promote better health.

Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient experience.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.

Stay updated on dental techniques and technologies to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program preferred.

Current California Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant license required.

Experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor with patients.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.

Proficient in using dental software and technology.
