Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Deliver Detailed Reports: Prepare clear, concise, and unbiased inspection reports, effectively communicating findings to clients and real estate agents.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Inspection Schedule: Complete two property inspections daily, ensuring accurate reports are submitted by 9:00 AM the following morning.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Weekend Availability: New inspectors will need to commit to working weekend days to accommodate client and realtor needs during the busy season (now through August)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Physical Demands: Ability to navigate confined spaces, climb ladders, and handle weights up to 50 lbs.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ongoing Training: Engage in continuous in-house and field training to stay updated with industry standards and enhance professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Licensing: Possess a valid and active Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Professional Inspector License.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience: Background in residential and/or commercial inspections, customer service, or construction-related fields is advantageous.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Communication: Exhibit strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly to clients.
