Registered Dental Assistant
Job DescriptionFinancial Growth: Competitive hourly pay + Profit-Sharing and an end-of-year goal-based bonus.
Retirement: 401(k) with company matching (available immediately).
Paid Time Off: 6 Paid Holidays (after 90 days), plus paid vacation and sick time (after 1 year).
Professional Development: Paid team Continuing Education (CE) starting immediately.
Perks: Dental benefits (after 90 days) and an annual scrubs allowance.
Part-time $18 - $26 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & ScheduleMon – Wed: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 2+ years as an RDA is required.
Licensure: Graduation from an accredited Texas Dental Assistant program with active Texas X-ray and Nitrous Oxide certifications.
Tech Skills: Experience with Dentrix and iTero is a major plus.
Attitude: An upbeat, professional demeanor and a "team-first" mindset.
Language: Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
