What You’ll Bring

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
  • GPR or AEGD preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven proficiency in periodontic procedures including, but not limited to, implants, gum therapy, extractions, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
