Job Description

Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and surgeries (temporary crowns, able to assist with surgical procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital X-rays and impressions (as needed)
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
Maintain patient comfort and excellent chairside manners
Manage inventory and keep clinical areas clean and organized
Follow OSHA and infection control protocols

Salary Range

Full-time $25 - $38 per hour

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (would consider four days a week)
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.
