-      Information Security concepts and the ability to clearly define workable security architectures in virtual data views that support consuming applications and protect sensitive data
-      Experience in data blinding
-      Experience in sharing the knowledge, lessons learnt & best practices with the team
-      Understanding of agile methodologies
-      Retirement Plans Business domain knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities:
-       Lead  Developer role
-       Responsible for creating a data virtualization layer
-       Responsible for collaboration between technical     architecture and the offsite counterparts,
-      coordination with technical leads & SMEs,
