Hiring Experienced Class A CDL drivers. Must have minimum of 2 years experience in dump trucks and driving manual transmission. No restrictions on license.


Job Summary
Driver is responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport and deliver materials such as dirt, gravel, asphalt, sand, or demolition debris to and from construction sites, quarries, and designated locations. The role requires adherence to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dump trucks safely to transport materials to assigned locations
  • Load, haul, and unload materials using hydraulic dump mechanisms
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, tires, lights, fluids, etc.)
  • Secure loads properly to prevent spillage or shifting during transport
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, time sheets, and inspection reports
  • Communicate with dispatch, site supervisors, and equipment operators
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
  • Navigate construction sites, uneven terrain, and traffic conditions safely
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle

Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Clean or acceptable driving record
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
  • Ability to operate manual or automatic transmissions
  • Previous dump truck driving experience required
  • Ability to pass background check, drug, alcohol screenings and pre-employment physical
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, early mornings, overtime, and possibly weekends
