Job description

JUNKCO+ is a growing professional junk removal, property cleanout, and light demolition company offering services like hauling unwanted items, estate/hoarding cleanups, and demoing small structures (sheds, decks) for residential and commercial clients, known for prompt, eco-friendly, and professional services. We provide same-day/next-day service, handle items from furniture to electronics, and focus on customer satisfaction, aiming to be a leader in the growing junk removal industry. Role Description
There are multiple openings with JUNKCO+ including Customer Facing Lead, Driver, Junk Removal Specialist, roles. You will be responsible for removing junk and debris from residential and commercial properties, assisting in property cleanouts, and performing demolition of specified structures like sheds. You will also ensure proper disposal and recycling of materials and provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing their needs. The role may require you to operate tools, equipment, and vehicles such as trucks to complete removal tasks efficiently.
Job Duties:

  • Safely operate a junk removal truck, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
  • Perform truck maintenance checks as required
  • Greet customers on site- assess the junk removal needs, provide accurate estimates, and answer questions regarding services
  • Efficiently load and unload junk from customers' properties, utilizing proper lifting techniques to handle heavy items
  • Follow assigned schedules and navigate to job sites efficiently
  • Collect payment from customers upon completion of the job
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, including customer information and disposal details
  • Brand building by providing exceptional customer service
  • Deliver marketing materials to targeted focus areas and participation of marketing activities
  • Strong physical ability to assist with manual labor, including lifting heavy items and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and courteously with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of safe lifting techniques and handling of materials, including recyclable and disposable items.
  • Organizational and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
