Landscape Renovations Crew Member

We are seeking a dependable Landscape Renovations Crew Member to support installation and improvement projects across commercial properties. This role focuses on transforming outdoor spaces through landscape construction, planting, and hardscape installation. No experience required - training will be provided.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape renovation projects including demolition, grading, and site preparation 
  • Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components 
  • Support hardscape installation such as pavers, walkways, retaining walls, and edging 
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently 
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment 
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites 
  • Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to complete projects on time 
  • Report any safety concerns, site issues, or equipment problems 

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation required 
  • Landscaping or construction experience is helpful, but not required 
  • Valid driver's license is a plus 
  • Ability to lift/move 10-50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work 
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs (including occasional weekends)

  • Outdoor work in commercial and public settings
