Job description

We are a rapidly growing demolition and junk removal company serving the Chicagoland area. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working laborer with prior demolition experience to join our team.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on role involving selective demolition, interior demo, debris loading, and junk removal. You will work with a company-provided dump truck and help keep jobs moving efficiently from start to finish. Strong performers will be moved into a full-time W2 position with benefits and a 401(k).

Key Responsibilities

•  Perform selective and interior demolition (kitchens, bathrooms, walls, flooring, etc.)

•  Load and haul debris and junk using a company-provided dump truck

•  Assist with cleanouts, property turnovers, and general labor tasks

•  Maintain a clean and safe job site

•  Follow all safety procedures and company standards

•  Communicate clearly with the crew and supervisors

•  Help load/unload materials and equipment as needed

Requirements

•  Previous experience in demolition work required

•  Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting (50–100+ lbs) for extended periods

•  Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Chicagoland area

•  Class C driver’s license preferred (not required)

•  Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

•  Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
