Are you looking for a career in construction with opportunity for advancement? Richards Corporation is currently seeking highly motivated construction equipment operators.
Duties
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavator, loader, bulldozer, skid steer, etc
  • Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation
  • Dig holes and trenches
  • Prepare building sites for parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, etc.
  • Inspects and fuels equipment

Requirements
  • MA Hoisting License
  • OSHA 10 certified preferred
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in all weather.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
