Job description

Nurse Practitioner (Family/Adult) or Physician Assistant - Eugene, OR

Location: Eudene, OR
Schedule: 3 days/week (Monday-Thursday), 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Patient Demographic: Students (ages 16+)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary provider for the student health clinic

  • Conduct 20-60 minute appointments, averaging 8-10 patients/day

  • Provide care for:

    • Minor illnesses and injuries

    • Reproductive & sexual health services

    • Immunizations

    • Mental health concerns (depression, anxiety, insomnia)

    • Smoking cessation counseling

  • Collaborate with the Medical Director (physician) who is available by phone for consults and as a collaborating physician for PAs if needed

  • Use NextGen EMR for documentation

Clinic Team:

  • Medical Assistants

  • Clinic Director

  • Front Desk Staff

  • Administrative Specialist

  • Work Study Students
