  • Support the development and maintenance of customer forecasts at product, program, and account levels.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and demand variability, identifying root causes of deviations between forecasted and actual demand.
  • Identify emerging demand risks, sudden volume changes, endโ€‘ofโ€‘life signals, and rampโ€‘up activity, and communicate findings proactively.
  • Serve as the demand planning point of contact for assigned customer programs or accounts.
  • Support regular customer forecast reviews and demand alignment meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to understand customer strategies, design cycles, and program milestones affecting demand.
  • Ensure customer demand assumptions and constraints are clearly documented and understood internally.
  • Develop working knowledge of customer ERP systems as they relate to forecasts, purchase orders, schedules, and demand signals.
  • Understand and support data flow between customer ERP platforms and the companyโ€™s order management and planning systems.
  • Identify and help resolve demandโ€‘related system issues such as order discrepancies, forecast upload errors, or configuration mismatches.
  • Partner with internal IT, planning, and operations teams to improve data quality and system effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Supply Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to align customer demand with supply capabilities.
  • Provide customerโ€‘specific demand inputs to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Support scenario analysis related to demand changes, capacity constraints, and supply risks.
  • Prepare and maintain demand reports and dashboards showing trends, forecast accuracy, backlog, and customer order behavior.
  • Communicate complex demand data clearly to both technical and nonโ€‘technical audiences.
  • Escalate demand risks and opportunities with clear recommendations and supporting analysis.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
