Job description

This full-time position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the hotel's common spaces, pool area, and exterior grounds are consistently clean, safe, and welcoming.


Key Responsibilities

Assist the front desk in responding to guest requests, including delivering items, handling service needs, and providing general assistance.

Serve as a visible, friendly presence throughout the property, offering courteous and professional guest interactions

Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public restrooms

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area

Must have strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ability to work independently

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on feet for extended periods of time
