A day in the life...

Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa located in beautiful Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – West Coast & Midwest. This role could work remotely within the United States and travel to the property once a month. We are accepting applicants who are residents within: California, Washington, and Wisconsin.


The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for soliciting group business that enables the resort to meet if not exceed revenue goals in Rooms and Food & Beverage.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous resort/hotel group sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven Success in Sales within the Luxury Resort hospitality Industry (West Coast Experience)
  • Previous job experience, proven ability to prospect, negotiate, close, and grow group business while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Familiar with Delphi Sales and Catering Systems and Opera ideal
  • Experience selling Caribbean and/or Mexico beach destinations.
  • Strong understanding of the group sales process, including lead qualification, contract negotiation, site inspections, and account management.
  • Proficiency with Delphi Sales & Catering, Opera PMS, Cvent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and client functions.
