Job description

osition: Senior Cloud Storage Solutions Architect

Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Location: Onsite - Downey, CA 90242

Contract Duration: 12 months

We're seeking a Senior Cloud Storage Solutions Architect with expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise storage solutions across multi-vendor platforms and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize enterprise storage, backup, and recovery solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Architect and support storage platforms including Dell PowerMax, PowerScale, ECS, IBM FlashSystem, NetApp, StorageGRID, and Pure Storage.
  • Manage SAN infrastructure, including Cisco MDS director switches.
  • Implement storage automation and configuration management using PowerShell, Ansible, Python, and REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with enterprise storage architecture and multi-vendor storage environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco MDS, Dell PowerMax/PowerScale/ECS, IBM FlashSystem, NetApp, StorageGRID, and Pure ActiveCluster solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with VMware and enterprise backup/recovery for AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Windows, and NAS environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell, Ansible, Python, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing, software architecture, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
