About this Job

At CarMax, we are constantly delivering new technology platforms and capabilities to our Associates. In this role you will be supporting business partners who are using the UKG Pro WFM platform for Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation and Advanced Scheduling. You will be on the front line of developing key changes to our UKG Pro WFM platform to offer solutions for our business partners in a variety of modules.

What you will do – Essential Responsibilities
  • Root cause analysis and resolution
  • Diagnose, resolve and document application errors
  • Gather requirements, develop and test key UKG Pro WFM modules
  • Follow change management processes for all changes to production systems
  • Work to integrate key business and HR processes in UKG Pro WFM and with existing HR platforms (Workday, Payroll, etc.)
Purpose of the role

It takes a passion for technology and issue resolution to be successful in this role. The purpose of this role is to develop working solutions for our business partners in the UKG and Kronos platforms so that Associates and CarMax can effectively implement key HR tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms
  • Understanding and experience implementing changes in modules for Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation and Forecasting modules.
  • Experience using, developing and implementing Dell Boomi Integrations
  • Understanding and development/configuration in the Advanced Scheduling Space
  • Experience with Data Hub – Google BigQuery
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks, including integration capabilities and event-driven workflows.

Work Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the Richmond Westcreek Corp Office or Plano Tech hub and have a Hybrid work arrangement.

  • Associates based in Richmond work on-site 4 days per week.
  • Associates based in Plano work onsite 2 days per week

Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship will not be considered for this specific role.

The annual salary for this position is:

$88,800.00 - $133,200.00

May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Benefits:

Except as otherwise required by state law, CarMax Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.

Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:

  • To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company.
  • For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.

Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
