This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading company that manufactures and distributes garage doors for residential and commercial use. The facility is located in Kent, Washington, and the environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and team-focused.

You’ll be pulling orders, moving materials, and assisting customers—directly supporting operational success. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking long-term career potential. Warehouse Associate Duties:
  • Pick and pull orders using a manual pick sheet for shipments or customer pickup
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Assist customers with loading product into their vehicles
  • Ride along on delivery routes with drivers to learn delivery logistics
  • Potential to drive delivery trucks after permanent hire
Schedule:
Day Shift
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Overtime may be available)

Pay:
$22.00 per hour to start
$26.00 per hour after conversion to permanent employee ($1 per hour driving bonus as part time driver)

Warehouse Associate Requirements:
  • Must be able to provide valid driver's license
  • At least 1 year of recent warehouse experience
  • At least 1 year of picking and packing experience in the window or door industry using a manual pick sheet
  • Ability to stand for full 8-hour shifts and lift 50–75 lbs.
