NCS is seeking a Delivery/ Warehouse Associate, you will assist with ensuring the efficient movement of our products from our facility to our customers. The successful candidate in this dual role will be responsible for both warehouse operations and timely product deliveries, upholding our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do…

Delivery Operations:

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fluid and safety checks, to ensure
    compliance with operational standards.
  • Deliver chemicals and products promptly and accurately to customers along
    assigned routes.
  • Follow the "Daily Duties Checklist" to ensure all delivery-related tasks are
    completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate any delivery-related issues, concerns, or feedback to the
    appropriate teams.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Move and organize materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Assist the Shipper with various tasks as needed.
  • Accurately record and report shipping and receiving information.
  • Ensure the quality of all job functions, including remaining alert for
    unsatisfactory quality of incoming equipment parts.
  • Perform general labour tasks and emergency parts pickups when required.

General Duties:

  • Always maintain a clean and orderly working area, ensuring equipment and
    materials are properly stored at the end of each shift.
  • Assist with the organization and good housekeeping of the NCS facility, adhering
    to 6S Practices.
  • Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA, and other provincial regulatory laws, as
    well as company safety policies.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Senior Executive
    team.
  • Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at
    any time

What You Need…

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of driving experience in a similar role.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Valid Class D driver's license.
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations within the past 5 years; no
    more than 1 preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
  • Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.
  • Able to work in Edmonton, AB, at least 1 week a month

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift medium weight up to 75 lbs.
  • May stoop, bend, reach, and walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp,
    push, pull, or do fine manipulations.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

Pay range depending on experience: $20.96-$26.20
