Job Description

At Dris Corp, the Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for completing a daily route of recreational marijuana deliveries and processing transactions for customers receiving home delivery service. This position is a role that combines driving a delivery vehicle, facilitating customer transactions, and working closely with the Delivery Coordinating Team.

Responsibilities

  • MUST be able to work weekends.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Follow Dris Corp Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations.
  • Deliver products to customers' addresses.
  • Ensure the safe transport of product; verify that manifests are complete with accurate information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage.
  • Follow assigned randomized routes and complete secure delivery checks as required.
  • Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds customer expectations and builds long-term rapport.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Accurately receive, prepare, and complete customer orders and sales using point-of-sale systems.
  • Accurately enter all customer information within the point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure the delivery vehicle is stocked, clean, and in proper working order.
  • Work closely with other Delivery Drivers, Inventory Specialists, and Security/Dispatch personnel.
  • Support teamwork efforts during start-of-day and end-of-day procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Dris Corp management to help continually improve the customer experience.
  • Appropriately escalate any customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term relationships and loyalty to our brand.

Skills

  • Age 21 or over (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Clean driving record (Required)
  • Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs
  • Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software, and debit terminal
  • Must successfully complete a role-specific training program
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
  • Must be available to work weekends and applicable holidays
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time
