Workers in these roles may drive trucks, vans, or bicycles, depending on the company and the types of deliveries. Responsibilities typically include loading and unloading items, ensuring timely deliveries, obtaining signatures, and sometimes handling payments or paperwork. This role requires good organizational skills, reliability, and a valid driver's license. Delivery route jobs are commonly found in industries like logistics, food and beverage, retail, and postal services.
