About the Role
The Part-Time Casual Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers across assigned routes. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining product quality, and delivering a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
• Safely operate a refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of floral products to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
• Load and unload products while maintaining product quality and organization
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic operational readiness
• Follow assigned routes and use GPS/navigation tools to optimize efficiency
• Partner with warehouse team members to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and to lift, carry, and move products up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing in and out of a truck, and extended driving periods.

Please note: This is a part-time position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
Additional offering:
• Quarterly safety incentive bonus (up to $1,500 annually, based on eligibility)
Other Information
• Onsite role based out of Jessup, MD distribution facility
• Part-time, as-needed schedule with variable hours based on business needs; flexibility required
• Start times: Monday-Tuesday at 2:30 AM; Wednesday-Friday at 3:00 AM, until route completion
• Local travel required within MD, Northern VA, and PA delivery areas
What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years of professional driving experience operating box trucks (16 ft or larger preferred)
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required)
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively use GPS and navigation tools for route management
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
