What is delivery pay?

Delivery pay refers to the compensation received by workers who deliver goods, food, or packages to customers. This pay can be structured as an hourly wage, per-delivery rate, or a combination of both, and may include tips or bonuses. The exact amount and structure often depend on the company, region, and type of delivery service. Delivery pay is designed to cover the time, effort, and sometimes the costs (like fuel) incurred by the delivery worker.

What are some common challenges faced in a delivery driver role, and how can I prepare for them?

Delivery drivers often encounter challenges such as navigating traffic, managing tight delivery schedules, and ensuring packages are handled safely.
