Job description

Team Members at Chick-fil-A gain more than a job — you'll serve guests in-restaurant and represent our hospitality and quality standards out on the road as a front of house team member & delivery driver.

Position Type:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, attentive FOH guest service: smile, eye contact, enthusiasm, and multitasking under pressure
  • Deliver food with accuracy, freshness, and Chick-fil-A hospitality; confirm orders are complete before leaving
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle (clean & inspected) and follow all traffic and safety laws
  • Provide exceptional service to delivery customers while following all Chick-fil-A practices and standards
  • Report accidents/citations immediately; maintain a clean driving record
  • Adhere to dress code, Team Member Handbook, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Reliable, positive, customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, team player
  • Able to multitask, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to be delivery driver
  • Must have cell phone with data plan

Location: On-site with local delivery driving
