Duties include loading and unloading items, planning delivery routes, and ensuring timely delivery to customers or businesses. These roles are common in courier services, retail, and local delivery companies. Prior driving experience and a clean driving record are often required, but specialized commercial licensing is not.

Additionally, practicing safe lifting techniques and adhering to company safety policies can prevent injuries and ensure efficient deliveries. Building good relationships with customers and team members also contributes to a positive work environment and smoother operations.
