Babila Logistics are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver / Delivery Associate to join our team within an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operation. This role involves safely delivering packages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or related fields, and possess a strong work ethic with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Job Description
  • Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, to deliver packages along assigned routes
  • Load and unload packages using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary
  • Conduct route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Load packages onto the vehicle at the warehouse, ensuring proper stacking and securement for transport
  • Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses, ensuring accurate and timely drop-offs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with recipients during deliveries
  • Collect signatures or proof of delivery as required
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered during routes

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services, with familiarity in route driving and heavy lifting
