In return, we believe excellent drivers should be treated—and paid—accordingly.

Elite drivers deserve elite pay.

Blue Behr LLC has been in business since 1992, and we're a small, family-owned company where our drivers are an important part of the team. Driver comfort is one of our top priorities, and we work hard to create an environment where good drivers want to stay.

  • Excellent safety record
  • Strong commitment to safe and responsible driving
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently
  • Pride in their work, equipment, and performance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
What You'll Do

As a Class A CDL Driver with Blue Behr, you'll operate on regional and local routes, safely transporting freight while providing the level of professional service our customers have come to expect.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Safely operating Class A commercial vehicles
  • Picking up and delivering freight to assigned destinations
  • Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Following DOT regulations and company safety procedures
  • Maintaining accurate driving, pickup, and delivery records
  • Communicating clearly with customers and the Blue Behr team
  • Identifying and reporting equipment or mechanical concerns
  • Taking pride in and properly caring for company equipment
  • Representing Blue Behr professionally with every customer
A Different Kind of Driving Opportunity

If you're an experienced driver, you already know that pay isn't the only thing that matters.

Your equipment matters. Your comfort matters. Your home time matters. The people you work with matter.

At Blue Behr, we understand that.

We're a small, family-owned company established in 1992, and we believe the best drivers deserve to work for a company that recognizes their value.

If you have a clean MVR, an excellent safety record, and the professionalism to take great care of our customers, we'd like to hear from you.
