Job Title

Eligible employees who successfully complete 90 days of employment, maintain satisfactory attendance and performance, and remain employed in good standing at the time of payout will receive a $250 retention bonus.

Employees who refer a candidate who is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment in good standing will receive a $250 referral bonus. Referred candidates must identify the referring employee during the application process to qualify.

Job Description
  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
  • Deliver all packages efficiently and professionally
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
  • Load and unload packages safely
  • Use GPS navigation and delivery applications
  • Complete vehicle inspections before and after routes
  • Maintain professional customer interactions
  • Work independently while remaining connected to the operations team
  • Operate in varying North Dakota weather conditions

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States
