Responsibilities

  • Deliver automotive parts to dealerships, repair shops, wholesale customers, and local businesses in a safe and timely manner
  • Pick up parts, returns, and vendor orders as needed
  • Load, unload, inspect, and secure automotive parts for delivery
  • Verify invoices, delivery paperwork, and customer orders for accuracy
  • Obtain signatures, collect payments when required, and maintain delivery records
  • Communicate delivery status and customer needs with the Parts Department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts inventory
  • Provide outstanding customer service while representing the dealership professionally
  • Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and dealership procedures
  • Perform additional Parts Department duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous delivery driving, route driving, warehouse, logistics, or automotive experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to safely lift and move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Basic computer and mobile device skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
