Job description

The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver supports daily warehouse operations and ensures timely, accurate delivery of materials to job sites and customers. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, transporting, and delivering materials while maintaining safety, accuracy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

·       Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy and quality.

·       Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

·       Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery or job site distribution.

·       Safely load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies.

·       Operate company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites, vendors, and customers in a timely manner.

·       Ensure all deliveries are accurate and properly documented.

·       Maintain delivery logs, inventory records, and required paperwork.

·       Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and delivery vehicles.

·       Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.

·       Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, project teams, and supervisors.

·       Provide professional, courteous interaction with customers and job site personnel.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills

Required:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

·       Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Experience Requirements:

·       Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery driving experience preferred.

·       Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred, but not required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·       Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
