Parts Delivery Driver

Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts is looking for dependable, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Parts Delivery Driver. In this role, you'll be much more than a driver. You'll be the face of our company, helping ensure our customers receive the parts they need safely, accurately, and on time.

This position combines delivery responsibilities with warehouse support, inventory handling, and customer service. If you enjoy being on the move, working with people, and being part of a team that keeps trucks, fleets, and businesses operating, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Safely deliver truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
  • Verify deliveries for accuracy before leaving the branch.
  • Ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
  • Immediately report vehicle maintenance concerns or safety issues.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Support warehouse operations including stocking inventory, receiving products, warehouse transfers, and order fulfillment.
  • Pull and stage customer orders for delivery.
  • Organize daily delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize company technology and software to record deliveries, returns, pickups, and routing information.
  • Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and operational tasks.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
  • Prior delivery, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
