Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team in Roberts, WI. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

  • Safely operate your own vehicle to deliver products to customers' homes or businesses
  • GPS Plans and optimizes delivery routes for maximum efficiency
  • Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
  • Complete all required in-store tasks to help in the operations of the store 
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of one year of driving experience
  • Must be at least {18} years of age
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile devices
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous delivery or customer service experience (preferred)

Driver's earn tips and mileage which you take home every night!  With hourly rate + tips + mileage reimbursement, drivers can average $25-$30/ hr.
