Delivery Driver/Independent Contractor Urgently Needed (Parcel Delivery - Mini Vans, Cargo and Sprinter Vans)

Pick Up Location: North Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: 4 Days Per Week
Start Date: August 1, 2026
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Join Our Growing Delivery Team!

We are seeking reliable and professional Independent Delivery Drivers to deliver small and large packages. Drivers will pick up daily loads from our North Philadelphia distribution location and deliver packages throughout the surrounding counties.

This position starts on August 4, so we're looking to hire qualified drivers IMMEDIATELY

This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated drivers looking for consistent work and competitive earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up assigned delivery loads from our North Philadelphia location.
  • Deliver small and large packages safely and efficiently throughout the surrounding counties.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining on-time performance.
  • Use a smartphone to scan packages and complete proof of delivery.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.

Compensation

  • Paid per package delivered
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Weekly pay
  • Opportunity to earn more based on route volume and performance

Vehicle Requirements

Larger vehicles are required for this position. Preferred vehicle types include:

  • Minivan
