Mem3xpress employment Job Description & Requirements
  • Mem3xpress - Delivery drivers are expected to Comply with all safety rules and work policies while maintaining a positive work ethic & energetic. The capacity to work efficiently, independently and professionally and can provide fantastic customer service.
  • Shifts range between 9-9.5 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week, Rate of pay is $22.75 per hr. We pay for your time worked.
  • Your employment is contingent upon the following - Attendance, work responsibilities, Safety & customer delivery expectations.
  • Your Delivery performance will be part of your weekly scorecard from Amazon. It will measure your Safety score, Delivery quality & customer delivery feedback.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Organizational and time management skills are a must. You manage your day and breaks during the route. Routes need to be completed within the scheduled route time. Be back on time!
  • Ability to communicate with manager / Supervisor or Dispatcher properly.
  • Able to lift packages up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to complete 175+ stops. Per route & completed on time.
  • Comply with all safety rules and work policies.
  • Ability to use GPS technology to deliver customer packages.
  • Use company provided handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
  • Ability to troubleshoot by using all available resources.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in various / ALL weather conditions any time of day.
  • Ability to enter and exit the delivery van 170+ times a day.
  • Time clock procedures. Clock in & out daily. Any time edits are entered on the day you have worked. ANY shift worked 9 hrs.+ requires a 30 min break.
  • DA must be able to follow the safety rules & standards associated with delivering Amazon packages. Adhering to the rules is required to maintain employment.
  • Must maintain the cleanliness of the delivery van & mem3xpress equipment.
  • Must be safe and not damage company equipment or property, stay out of driveways, avoid curbs, tree branches, etc. Be aware of your surroundings, avoid backing when possible. Any damage needs to be reported immediately to supervisor on duty.

Safety - Safe Driving score compliance
Maintain Working Hours Compliance. Not permitted to exceed the route time.
Seatbelt-Off Rate 0 events. 100% compliance is always required
Speeding Event Rate 0 Events- Speeding is not acceptable. Zero Tolerance
DVIC Compliance - Pre & Post trip and End work is mandatory every shift. 4 minutes minimum is required to complete. Four pictures are required to validate van condition.
Sign/Signal Violations - Mandatory to come to a COMPLETE STOP at a stop sign. STOP at a red light & you must slow down & be prepared to stop at any yellow light.
Distractions - Eyes need to always remain on the road. No phone usage, no eating, No drinking, No cell phone usage, no smoking, no distractions while driving.
Following Distance - Maintain a 5-van length safe traveling distance at all times.
Delivery
Quality - Complete all deliveries following the customer notes & Instructions.
Photo-On-Delivery - required at each delivery. Clear photo taken at the delivery point.
Delivered and Received / Delivery Accuracy - Three step verification. (1) check the address on the flex app, (2) check the package, (3) Verify the address at the location is correct.
Swipe to finish - Required to swipe to finish at the POD spot.
Delivery Completion Rate - Deliver 100% of our packages.
Contact Compliance - Call, Text, Call customer if you are unable to deliver ANY package.
Customer Delivery Feedback - Maintain a 6-week average of 87% Customer Delivery Feedback. Be professional & polite. It is required to Follow the notes / instructions at all deliveries.
Scan Compliance - 100.00% During load out all totes & oversized packages are required to be scanned. Swipe to finish after completing the load out of your van. Package scanning at the point of delivery. same spot as the pod.
Apartment & Business Delivery - Never leave packages unattended in a lobby, foyer or Mailroom etc. Delivery needs to be at the apartment door. ( If you are unable to deliver any package for any reason you must call the customer, text the customer and then call driver support to document that you followed the correct procedure.)
Qualifications
As a Delivery Driver, You'll Need:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record ( No suspensions )
  • Ability to maintain a safe, quick pace to complete the route
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work independent, Be organized, efficient and have excellent time management
  • Must be able to complete 165 - 185 stops per day and complete your route on time
  • Follow the rules of Amazon Delivery. Provide fantastic customer delivery service to all customers.
