H6 Logistics is Hiring Dispatchers!


H6 Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher to support our delivery operations in Orlando, FL. This role is critical to ensuring drivers stay on schedule, routes run efficiently, and customers receive outstanding service every day.

Location: [8020 Vista Reserve, Orlando, FL 32829]                                  

            Pay: [$23.50 per hour]


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily delivery operations and support delivery drivers throughout their routes
  • Monitor driver progress and provide real-time assistance as needed
  • Communicate with drivers, management, and Amazon operations teams
  • Track route performance and address delivery issues quickly and professionally
  • Assist with loading operations and dispatch preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to deliveries and driver performance
  • Help ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed
  • Support a fast-paced environment monitoring DOT and non-DOT routes


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and dispatch software
  • Previous dispatch, logistics, customer service, or management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed
