Trailblazer Transportation is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner and we’re looking for Delivery Associates who can enthusiastically help us achieve our mission of delivering smiles and fulfilling our customer’s needs. Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay starts at $23.00/hr (raises based on performance)

  • $5,250 in tuition credit towards online courses/study each year

  • Performance and safety bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times

  • Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information

  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout your delivery area

  • Must be comfortable driving and working in a variety of weather conditions; loading and unloading packages to be delivered

  • Be customer obsessed!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers

  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs

  • Capable of getting in and out of company vehicles and walking up and down stairs throughout your shift

Basic Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the U.S

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Driver's license with a good driving record

  • Previous driving experience preferred, but not required

  • Be able to work a shift from 10:45am to between 7pm and 9pm (depending on speed and efficiency). Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and are available 7 days per week.
