Job Description

Delivers and installs furniture in customers' homes in a friendly, professional manner

Contacts customers upon leaving DistributionCenter to provide them with a two hour delivery time frame; contacts customer if changes in delivery time occur

Strives to maximize quality and efficiency scores to continuously improve customer satisfaction ratings

Contacts Dispatcher after each delivery, informs Dispatcher of product or customer issues

Works in DistributionCenter as needed

Loads and unloads product utilizing proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damages

Provides customer service with an emphasis on successful problem resolution and follows through to ensure the customer needs are met in a timely effective manner; communicates with customers regarding particular issues

Examines and evaluates product for damages, documents reasons for product to be returned, notifies supervisor

Provides total customer satisfaction through interaction with associates in other departments

Conducts on-the-job training for new associates

Completes assigned tasks in regards to reports and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner

Drives company vehicle in a safe manner

Maintains vehicles and equipment, conducts vehicle safety check

Qualifications

Valid Florida Drivers License
