Job description

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver with Warehouse Duties to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road while also contributing to daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for making timely deliveries, maintaining company vehicles, and assisting with warehouse functions as needed. Drivers are home daily.

Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Complete daily delivery routes based on the weekly schedule set by management

  • Operate company vehicles safely while following all DOT regulations

  • Load and unload products onto delivery trucks

  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time

  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) requirements

  • Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

  • Adhere to all McCarthy Tire Service policies, procedures, and safety standards

  • Assist with warehouse duties as required

Other Duties
  • Additional responsibilities may arise, and candidates should be willing to take on new tasks as needed

Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or GED required

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical

  • Flexible schedule availability

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
