We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team at Developmental Concepts, LLC. This fully remote position offers an innovative virtual care model that empowers therapists to provide high-quality care through video sessions. As a fully remote organization, we foster a flexible work environment tailored to fit the needs of our therapists. You’ll work predominantly Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet convenient schedule. Our proprietary digital platform supports seamless video conferencing and therapy documentation, ensuring you have the necessary tools to deliver exceptional care without the burdens of administrative tasks.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific needs, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Support clients impacted by trauma by implementing structured trauma-informed therapy methods focused on healing and resilience-building.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ICD-9 requirements, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective treatment continuity.
• Provide family-based counseling aimed at enhancing communication and relationships within the family unit, fostering a supportive environment for the client.

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and more. You will engage with a diverse clientele, from individuals seeking personal growth to families navigating complex emotional landscapes. By offering a compassionate and skillful approach, you will help empower clients to take charge of their mental health journeys and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, reflecting your dedication to the mental health field.
• An active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, showcasing your professional qualifications and adherence to state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in outpatient settings or telehealth environments, demonstrating your effective engagement with clients in varied contexts.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in digital platforms and teletherapy tools, ensuring efficiency in service delivery and client communication.

• Previous experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery, which will enhance your adaptability in a virtual setting.
• Exposure to various cultural backgrounds and an understanding of multi-cultural approaches in therapy, enriching client interactions.
• Experience in family systems therapy, allowing you to provide comprehensive support to family units.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications.
