To thrive as a Delivery Associate, you need a valid driver's license, safe driving skills, and a good knowledge of local routes and navigation. Familiarity with GPS devices, delivery tracking software, and handheld scanners is typically required. These abilities are crucial for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The job requires good time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
