In this role, you will be responsible for transporting products according to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time. You will work closely with the delivery team to maintain accuracy, uphold safety standards, and provide a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load, transport, and deliver products to retail and wholesale customers on time.
  • Pick, stack, and organize products accurately for delivery.
  • Verify items against pull tickets and invoices prior to loading.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver and unload products efficiently and in a safe, organized manner.
  • Confirm delivery details with customers and handle payments securely.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and promptly communicate discrepancies to management.
  • Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and all transportation laws.
  • Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
