We welcome EXPERIENCED lash artists OR licensed estheticians/cosmetologists INTERESTED IN LASH TRAINING. We offer a comprehensive, hands-on lash training program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lash extensions, lash lifting, lash tinting
  • Brow lamination and brow tinting
  • Client management, inclusive of checking clients in/out and building client loyalty
  • Self marketing and promotion via social media and other direct channels
  • Selling memberships, products and services
  • Ensuring a fun, friendly, comfortable, and sanitary studio environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
***Must have current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the State of MA***
  • Prior lashing experience is not required but PREFERRED. We will train anyone with the right character, work experience, passion and commitment!
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed. Regular schedules offered.
  • Be in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
  • Willing to learn new techniques and partake in additional training.
  • Positive, proactive, and a team player.
  • 2yrs+ salon or studio experience preferred with client service industry experience an additional plus.
