What is a defined contribution remote?

A Defined Contribution Remote job typically refers to a role that supports defined contribution retirement plans, such as 401(k)s, from a remote location. Professionals in this field may work in plan administration, client services, compliance, or account management, assisting employers and employees with retirement planning and account management tasks. These roles require knowledge of retirement plan regulations, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. The remote nature of the job offers flexibility while still providing crucial support to retirement plan participants.
