    Starting Rate for New Adjunct Faculty is $ 956.00 Per Credit

    Our Perks
    Employees of Hudson County Community College are considered a Local Education Employee. The ABP is a tax-sheltered, defined contribution retirement program for certain higher education faculty, instructors, and administrators. ABP provides retirement benefits, life Insurance, and disability coverage, which can help provide security in retirement. Additionally, we also offer employee assistance programs, flexibles spending accounts, flexible hybrid schedules (depending on the position), employee discount marketplace, auto and home insurance discounts and more.
    For our Adjunct Faculty, who are currently employed for nine (fall/spring) semesters or more and their immediate family (spouse and legal dependents) may be granted 100% tuition waiver for any credit course, as well as selected continuing education courses offered by the College. Adjunct faculty who are currently employed for four to eight semesters may be granted 50% tuition reduction.

    About This Role
    Adjunct: Clinical Instruction - provide support to students/perform labs and patient evaluations in clinical settings, and or Didactic Instruction - on ground lecture/labs related to nursing courses
    Qualifications
    What You'll Need:Master's Degree Required, Medical Surgical Experience 2-4 Years (Required); 5-8 Years (Preferred);
    CPR Certified; Conforms to Professional Image; Maintains Professional Communication; Teamwork and Cooperation; and Demonstrates Cultural Competency
