Job Summary:

They are looking for an entrepreneurial generalist software engineer who can contribute across the entire platform, collaborate with significant customers, and grow with the company while taking ownership of their work.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the whole platform - whether it’s in the BE where you tinker with agent framework that achieves all complex tasks or the FE where you make our incredibly powerful workflows simple & intuitive.
• Partner with customers who are some of the most socially meaningful individuals on the planet - these brands, reputations, and names move billions daily.
• Work with an elite team with high success track record at prior companies & become a better version of yourself in the process.
• Learn the ability to carry zen into any situation of chaos as you continuously overcome obstacles and fully grow into your abilities.
• Become a leader as Outtake grows and define the culture of a high impact organization.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven track record of execution: 2+ years experience as software engineer building world class products.
• Thoughtful problem solver: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You think critically about the implications of your decisions, and are able to consider both the business and the technical tradeoffs of your solutions.
• Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you’re not ideological, can learn new technologies and are receptive to new ideas.
• Organized and self-sufficient: You are comfortable managing yourself, navigate ambiguity and finding ways to create impact.
• Owner of your mission: You are a owner of the products that you create, meaning you take pride in the quality, maintenance and understandability of the products you build and the code you write.
Preferred:
• You have experience working in a high growth early stage startup.
• You have experience building agents, or fine-tuning LLMs to accomplish complex tasks.
• You have experience in building large scale content indexing systems.
